Yes I vagually remember that cartoon, I remember the theme tune more because it was so catchy. The only episode I can really remember is when the brothers band made a single and they became rich, but then the second single bombed and they lost it all

Hanna Barbera did it, didn't they? It featured a girl with a Daphne-style haircut who was always getting in trouble with her mum. Hence the title.
