I suggest these(I put a description on some of them):
Ranma 1/2-On a training journey in the Bayankala Mountains (Bayan Har Shan) in the Qinghai Province of China, Ranma and his father, Genma Saotome, fell into the cursed springs at Jusenkyo (loosely translated, it means Springs of Sorrow). Each spring is associated with a story about someone or something that drowned in it hundreds or thousands of years ago, and anyone who falls in a spring is cursed to turn into whatever drowned in that spring whenever they come in contact with cold water, although they keep their original minds, personalities and skills in the new form; hot water reverts the cursed to their original form. Genma fell into the Spring of the Drowned Giant Panda, and Ranma fell in to the Spring of the Drowned Girl.
Upon returning to Japan, Genma informs Ranma that he has been engaged to a girl that he has never met when only a few blocks away from that girl's house. At the same time, Soun Tendo tells his three daughters that one of them is to marry Ranma (whom they have never even heard of) in order that the Tendo dojo might be carried on. When they first meet Ranma, they see him in his female form. This causes some confusion until Akane Tendo sees Ranma in his male form (after walking in on him in the bath) and finds out that he becomes a she upon application of cold water. The two older sisters push the engagement on the youngest sister, Akane, since she "hates boys" (due to the rude ways they treat her at school), "and Ranma is half girl." Thus begins the love/hate relationship between Ranma and Akane that lasts for the rest of the series.
Fullmetal Alchemist-Edward and Alphonse Elric were children living in the rural village of Resembool in the country of Amestris. Their father, a talented alchemist, had left home when Edward was very young and Alphonse was still an infant. Years later, their mother, Trisha Elric, died of a terminal illness. After their mother's death, the two boys decided to attempt to revive their deceased mother using alchemy; human transmutation. They studied alchemy with a teacher and then used their father's books and notes that he had left behind to recreate a human transmutation circle. However, this attempt failed, costing Edward his left leg and Alphonse his entire body. In a desperate effort to save his brother, Edward sacrificed his right arm to affix his brother's soul to a suit of armor. After that, Edward's left leg and right arm are fitted with two sets of Automail, a type of advanced prosthetic limb. In the original Japanese, the term "Fullmetal" is used to describe a person who is stubborn. In the series it is often mistakenly attributed by minor characters to Ed's automail arm and leg, or Al's armor body.
A State Alchemist by the name of Roy Mustang arrives during the failed human transmutation in response to letters the boys had sent out seeking information about their father (in the hopes that they could get the attention of their father so that he would come home). (Note: This event occurred differently in the manga. In that version, Mustang was in charge of recruiting new State Alchemists after the disastrous events of Ishbal caused many State Alchemists to leave the military service in disgust. A typo in the military records sent Mustang to Risembool in search of "Edward Elric, age 31." He was dismayed to find a crippled 11 year old instead, but wound up making the recruitment offer anyway.) After seeing their skill at alchemy, Mustang suggested that the way for the two boys to achieve their goals would be to become State Alchemists and work for him. Spurred on by the man's proposal, Edward set out to become a State Alchemist, enabling him to use the resources available to State Alchemists to discover a way to restore what he and Alphonse had lost. The brothers eventually learn of the Philosopher's Stone and set off in search of it as a means to restore their bodies. Along the way they discover secrets about the Philosopher's Stone they never wanted to know; and, find other people who seek it as well, doing whatever it takes to get their hands on it
Gauken Alice-Gakuen Alice or Alice Academy is the story of a 10-year old girl, Mikan Sakura, who is devastated when her best friend, Hotaru Imai, transfers to a special school for "genius" kids in Tokyo. Mikan runs away from home to seek out her dear friend, and soon finds that the school Hotaru transferred to, Alice Academy, is specifically for children who have special powers called "Alices". After a teacher at Alice Academy, Narumi, discovers that Mikan has a unique Alice, she is admitted into the school. The story is primarily about Mikan and her experiences at the academy.
Bleach-Bleach follows the life of Ichigo Kurosaki, a 15-year-old high school student with the ability to see ghosts, and a shinigami (Soul Reaper or, literally, "death god") named Rukia Kuchiki, who crosses paths with him one day while searching for a hollow (an evil spirit). During the ensuing confrontation with the spirit, she is wounded and forced to transfer virtually all of her powers into Ichigo. Thus the adventures of Ichigo and Rukia begin. Together they search for hollows and perform soul burials on wayward souls, cleansing the spirits and sending them to Soul Society. The early parts of the story focus mainly on the characters and their past, rather than the actual occupation of the shinigami. However, as events unfold, the story begins to delve deeper into the world of these gods of death on the "other side" called Soul Society
