Very cute names.
I really like Rya. It is one of those names where you panic and say, "how do you spell that?!? and then it is spelled exactly like it sounds." I have a name like that...Shaye. It is JUST like it sounds but people always panic. lol
That is the best spelling too....Raia is probably easy to sound out but not nearly as pretty as Rya.

Very nice! I don't like Rya spelt that way because I think it will always be mispronounced. Everyone will call her Rye-a! You should spell it Rea, Reah, or Ria. I'd pick Ria! Caleb is great!

Caleb is alright but Rya would get misspronounced a lot. I have an uncommon name and hated whenever roll would be called because my name would be mispronounced. Go with something easier to figure out how to say :-)

Caleb is OK but is reminds me of a dog for some reason - Ria is awful and everyone is going to call her Rea (like diarrhea)
