What's the exact name of a rainforest in South America? I need a tropical rainforest to base my project off of and I've been trying to research on biomes and I've yet to find an answer. PLEASE HELP

Outside of the tropics, temperate rainforests can be found in British Columbia, southeastern Alaska, western Oregon and Washington, the northern coast of California, Scotland and Norway, the western Caucasus (Ajaria region of Georgia), parts of the western Balkans, Japan, southern Chile, New Zealand, Tasmania, and parts of eastern Australia.

Three come to mind:
The Amazon is the most famous.
There's also the Matto Grosso in Brazil
and the southern part of the Darien in Northern Colombia.
