Guys I don't know what it is, maybe you could know.
I had a strong discussion with a very loved one. My heart started to beat in a way that it was able of moving my t shirt and my jacket. The beating was moving those!!
Then I went out to walk and felt really bad. I had wishes to die and thought about going over the street so a car could hit me but I dropped the idea because I don't want to screw up someone else. Then I saw something useful to hurt myself, to cut myself...I was about to do it but I dropped the idea...now I feel really sad. Should I look for help?
I don't know what to feel.
Please don't be mean at me.

I get those too a lot. Maybe it's because you feel like everything is going wrong for you at the moment...it doesn't just have to do with that one person..... and if it is just this one person it's because the quarrel has lasted for days, weeks, even months... I don't know what you call that feeling or how to stop it... I'm sorry.... but you just have to learn to LIVE with it and appreciate every moment.... Sometimes when I stand on the balcony of my grandmothers home I feel like just jumping off..... but I don't because I have a reason to live...... my dreams, hopes, and aspirations..... Maybe you should try writing in a journal..... express all of your emotions on that journal and then you won't feel the urge to stand in front of a moving car.......

Yes, you should look for help. You shouldn't have to get to the depths of despair when such a thing happens.

It sounds as though you might need something to keep the chemicals which control your mood from getting so out of whack.

If you are in your teens, it is normal to be excruciatingly sensitive, but not so much so that death or hurting yourself seem the only options open to you when your feelings are squashed by someone else.

If you are an adult, ditto. You don't have to do it alone, and you can get some help from a doctor, as long as you are brutally honest about yourself.

Don't put it off. If you don't have a doctor, or don't want to talk to him, go to a walk-in clinic. They are open on weekends, too, which is good, considering what day it is today! Tomorrow morning, OK?
Is the person you had the conversation with aware of your reaction? If they are indeed a very loved one, consider telling them how you feel about your conversation.....
If the conversation was an angry one, talking to them couldn't be any worse than the way you feel now.
Good luck and take care.

Sounds like depression to me. I've been there. You could have a chemical imbalance. It's not uncommon. Talk to your doctor, you may need some medication to regulate the flow of things. There is nothing wrong with you. If you have anxiety of depression, don't feel like you have some horrible disease.Just because you may have to be medicated, doesn't make you any less of a person either. The first step to acceptance is seeking help to identify the problem. Trust me, I've been there. It took me 5 years to come to terms with my depression. If you need any further advice, feel free to e-mail me.

Anxiety is fear, no anxiety attack I ever heard of makes one want to kill themselves. It appears you seek attention. You did not say what your talk was about with your loved one or who that person is to you. What was said that made all this anxiety come on and why do you seek to stop it by destroying yourself? Calm down, go soon and talk with a professional.

Are you taking medication ? or it could be an anxiety attack. What is the deal with "cutting" yourself ?
