I guess it depends on your age. When my parents split up I was 8. Not a lot of places for an 8 year old to go. And really if you live near either one of them you'll be pulled into the "chaos" unless you can get them to remember you are their child and not their new best friend/ally/enemy. It took a while for me to get there with my parents but it was good when it happened. If you are religious your church can be a good option as well as friends and family.

Church,councillor,parents.....Talk about it to them.And understand that in this Dixie cup disposable world that it has nothing to do with you....
