Ive been having strange dreams (and ummm by strange i mean sexual) about this guy, who is sort of my friend, but when we were younger we would always be constantly bickering, but thats not the point it totally disgusts me and i want them to end,
( he is sort of ugly and unapealing, and a horrible personality to go with...) but the more i try to stop them the more ummm intense they become? if you understand what im saying please help me!!

Try Exercising more. A good workout can make you sleep deeper, and I usually don't have much in the way of dreams after a good exercise. Try jogging a mile or two daily, with a couple days a week as breaks where you don't jog to let your body keep up, if your not used to running.

Only you can solve this problem. A sexual dream about this person does not necessarily mean you are attracted to him. He may represent something else to you. What does he make you think about? What comes to mind when you remember him? Do you have some guilt associated with him, or with not being his friend so much any more? Do you lack friendship that you once had? Is there something about this person that you identify with?

Not thinking about it is not going to make it go away. There is some unresolved issue or unfinished business that is coming through. It may not even be about him it may be about what he represents to you. Your past? Your youth?

Take a nap. It sounds like you haven't had much sleep.

I understand why you want to stop them and I'll try my best to help. Here goes, try not to eat for at least two hours before bed, forget about the dreams completely, try to avoid seeing him. That's all that I can think f, hope that I helped.
