Bush claims to care for our troops, but he has never attended a single funeral for our fallen soldiers. I've been to several such events and he's never once visited my "Chimp McBush is Hitler" t-shirt stand. Why is he so afraid to come out and show a little respect for our Quran-mishandling troops?

I don't like Bush either, but I have to stand up for him here. Because the President must travel with a huge security contingent it would be a major disruption of the family of the fallen soldier.

In reality, he is probably doing the family a favor by not going.

It would be nice, but come on now. I am a Dem but even I can tell you that the Prez has a lot of things that are on his agenda every day. He cannot take time to attend Military funerals. And to boot, it would cost millions of bucks because of the security involved. Some people who may want to attend may not because of all the fuss it would cause. Just let him greive in the White House.

You know, it isn't easy being president. People may think that he's being lazy and inconsiderate, I don't like him as much as the next guy but we obviously can see he's trying. Bush is only human. Could you actually handle a job like that? I couldn't, pressure, work, millions of lives in your repsonsibility. And the reason why he probably didn't go to your stand is because maybe at the same time he's trying to be with his family too. No matter what, everyone is vulnerable and human...except Lindsay Lohan the little brat "they didn't play my song in the race waaah!"

i could think of it unusual for everybody, which consists of a president, to attend the funeral of somebody they did no longer be attentive to. Many could accuse Bush of doing a image op, or he could face scorn from people who attend. international leaders oftentimes do no longer attend the funerals of fallen squaddies for many good reasons. Clinton did no longer attend any the two.

Do you think he could possibly attend every funeral? There is no way he can attend some and not others without offending people. It makes sense that he does not attend any of the funerals if he can not attend all.

A funeral is for the family not the president.
Bush meets with each and every family for those who die.
Can you say the same for Clinton.
Sheehan had her chance and was impressed with Bush.
But now Cindy is more concern with the spotlight than providing Casey (who believe in the war) than making sure he had a proper headstone.

No sir, I don't like you. I don't like you at all. Do you know what hypocrisy is?

Here's a question. Why hasn't Hillary or Barack or any other Libtard gone to a military funeral? They voted to go to war too.

You are a waste of oxygen. Go chug some bong water.

Now he's Hitler?? Hey pal go hug a tree or save an owl or something more worth your time. If you actually did care you would have strapped yourself to a bridge in Baghdad during the shock and awe.

If he attended all of them, he wouldn't have time for more pressing matters, like shaking hands with other politicians and money grubbers who are behind the killing of our military.
