my yahoo is under my husbands name. to those who were nice... thank you! I know I may have some time yet and that is why I am messing on the computer!!! I hate rude people and won't ask anpther question on this EVER some people really need to not answer things if they are going to be rude. Didn't anyone teach you if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all?

John? You are dialated 3 cm? Are you sure about that? It's really unusual for people named John to be pregnant, however, stranger things have probably happened.
If this is actually happening, you should be packing a bag and getting ready to head for the hospital instead of playing on a computer.

I lost my muscus plug at 40 weeks on May 29, 2006...i went to the hospital the next day, was dialted only 1cm for 12 hours, had to have a C section...had a BEAUTIFUL BABY BOY on May 30, 2006...Good Luck!! Hope you have an easy delivery!! :)

don't think of going to the hospital until your water breaks. the hospital will do nothing for you... even if you have contractions... if you do however suffer major contractions go into the hospital and they will give you a pill that is used to stop labor. if you are however 38 weeks in they will keep you at the hospital, and induce labor if the baby is indeed coming, that is only if you are 4 cm. if you are 38 weeks and have awful contractions don't worry your baby will not be premature, so do anything to break your water... tips: spicy foods, hot showers, adequite rest.

It's not too far away, although you could still go another 3 weeks without dialating any more. Everyone is different (and I'm sure you're really sick of hearing that by now).

Of course it's different for everyone, but sure sounds like it!!

I would guess within the week! Maybe within the next 48 hours!!

YES!! very make sure you stay close to your hospital of choice because you are very close. Usually at 5cm they give the epidural so no your not very far at all!! good luck :) and Congrats on your new addition!!
