Hhaha, you are adorable! If you want to model you could definitely do it, however the "waste my intelligence" comment was kinda of harsh, lol.

I am a model and I'm also in college majoring in biochemistry. So you can do both, I reccomend modeling but also staying in school.

Good luck to ya.

PS: PLEASE do not get caught up with modeling scams, though, never pay for ANYTHING, in reputable modeling you should always be the one getting pais if they ask you for money it's a SCAM.

Your odds are better with the anchorperson idea. With some hard work, studying, and preparation, you can do it! Modeling is a crap shoot. It is not enough to have the looks. You also have to have a lot of luck. A successful career in modeling is much more dependent on luck than it is on skill or effort. There is no guarantee with being an anchorperson, either, but at least with that your skills and efforts will have some impact on whether or not you are successful.

I'm practical, if nothing else! Either way, good luck!

I think that if you're 18 and at least 5'7" you should apply for America's Next Top Model cycle 9.

PS- don't listen to that girl about unique looks. I've watched a lot of modeling shows (because I'm a bum) and most of them I'm like "EW! WHAT THE HECK!?" then they end up being the prettiest people ever. You're cute and if that's what you're interested in, don't let anyone stop you.

I think that you should choose what feels right at the time. I want to be a teacher, but my dad thinks I shouldn't waste my intelligence on teaching but become a doctor. I think that I will choose what I want when the time comes and don't care about what other people think. That's what I would do if I were you.

do wot your heart tells you. you would just be a very pretty anchorgirl. but do anchorgirls get as much money as a model! NO so if yu really do want to be a model id suggest you watch americas next top model and see how tough the modelling industry is. after watching that i would never want to be a model unless i woz super pretty. but only you know what to do.

You're definetly a cutie. Take a look at the long run though. Most models are young and pretty. Where do they go when they start to show a few years???? I suggest you check into anchoring a news broadcast, and go for it.

hey! if you think you can do it, there's nothing wrong to try it! and models ARENT stupid.. that's just a stereotypical thing going on. don't worry.. many top models even study in college while they do their gig! (for example, Lily Cole is getting her degree at the moment!)... your intelligence may even impress others too.. so you're not stuck to one gig.. plus.. when you're a model, you HAVE TO have a "life after modelling thing".. so being intelligent will help you succeed in the life after modelling part..

You really are very pretty. But I think you should go for being an anchorperson. Don't waste your brains.

as to being a clothes model, that may be okay.

but to even be CONSIDERED as a real model you must be AT LEAST 5' 8". I know that for sure. Iv'e seen model scouts.

but go for it. :]]
