Lay on your back with your legs on coffee table knees bent. Cross your arms behind your head. Try setting up as far as you can without causing pain, hold for ten second repeat, repeat, repeat. Do this every other day as you do not want to damage muscles by over working them. At first it will be difficult but as you progress it works out great. You will find you can do more and hold position longer as time goes on. Slow but sure method. By the way, Keep away from to many sugars and starches.
