It kinda blows my mind to think of what is really going on in this world, especially the people in the entertainment business.Like Britney Spears. These people are so OUT there and having kids. It's like a circus. The drugs and alcohol that they have such access to and even the ones we would never dream(like Keith Urban) are on drugs and alcoholics. The last thing they need are kids. There lives are so crazy and even without the drugs they have too much going on to try and raise a family.......And then when something happens to them the media goes crazy with it and the lawyers and the judges are in the spotlight and have to try to make the best decisions with the whole world watching.I'd hate to be in their shoes...........

I feel as though the Judge made the right decisions. Because one...He her will it states that her son is the next in line to gain her possessions, so naturally if he died the daughter would get to be in charge. So who is in charge of the daughter, the lawyer that they gave costidy of the body. I think that was smart because neither the mother nor Howard K. Stern got the child. I also think that it is right for her to be buried with her son in the Bahamas because if Anna wanted her son in Texas, then she would have put them there. I believe that Anna belongs with her son and the little girl belongs with her rightful father. That is just like when you get married and say you have to go on life support your spouse is the next of kin not your mother and the same thing applies to this case.

It always was.

The best thing that I can say is learn from it. Write a will, have it witnessed, make sure a lawyer has a copy. Include specific instructions about burial plans, about custody preferences if you have children (your wishes regarding custody are just that, but are taken into account) and always have an advance directive. That's about end of life decisions and care.

Those simple documents, witnessed and given to the appropriate persons, save those around you from all of that garbage.

This issue has gotten out of control. I still don't believe that this should have went to court in the first place. Her husband said that she wanted to be buried next to her son in the Bahamas and she really liked it there from the sources I've been hearing about, so why should her mom try to get her buried somewhere else? It's pointless! Here her body is rotting to pieces and they're fussing over where she should be buried! If she wants to be buried beside her son, let her be buried beside her son! This whole situation is just stupid, you know??? And don't you feel sorry for her child going through this as she grows up? How horrible!

im so sick of hearing about anna and britney....first let anna be with her son..thats all she wanted and she even said it on tape..what more do they want!?!? Her body is already decomposing....that is so gross..they need to bury her...and her crazy mother wants her in texas..uh hello she said ON TAPE that she hated you...go away

as for her baby..i am so sad for that baby because a million men say they are the father...this judge needs to hurry these paternity tests up so the baby can try to have a somewhat normal life

Yeah, but that is a judge's job. I just feel so bad for that poor baby that is going to have to grow up and hear about this mess later on in life.

: )
