YOUR COUNTY OR CITY MUST ISSUE THE PERMIT AFTER
A PERC (PERK) TEST IS DONE. INSPECTOR WILL TELL
ON INSPECTION REPORT HOW MANY LINES AND HOW MANY FEET DRAINAGE AND WHICH DIRECTION THE LINES MUST RUN. SO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL BUILDING PERMIT OFFICE
THRU CITY HALL OR COUNTY.

Just a wild guess but you could contact a septic tank company in the area. It is a bit of a job but easy with proper equipment.
