depends really...in my case when im really angry i jus back the hell out of everyones way and prefer to be by myself atleast till ive calmed down otherwise id end up lashin out at the ppl around me who havent done anythin...and after i calm down i jus shut myself out of that persons life for a few days cause i wouldnt wanna say or do somethin i mite regret later..... so after all of it has registered in my head and ive looked and reasoned with myself as to why this person did wat he/she did..then i talk to them and in an attempt to clear the air which doesnt happen in most cases but i feel better if ireact in a way thats rational n logical rather than u know !

keep a journal and write your feelings down. Then in a few days read your writing and see if your feelings have changed, i.e.; worsened or deepened or maybe faded away completely... if you find the same anger surge again at reading your journal, then confront the issue, don't turn it inward because it will manifest in other ways and cause stress related problems. Your passive-aggressiveness nature will eventually wear you down...deal with it and put closure to it, don't leave an open wound

I know it sounds silly but I have a large chunk of obsidian that I hold in my right hand and I send my anger into the rock and breath deep, until the anger subsides, you're supposed to throw the rock away after use, or I think you can bury it, but I don't do all that, it's all mostly mental anyway.

im very conservative with my anger. i never show my anger even though i have a lot bottled up inside me.

but i might explode, i have exploded once and it ended up with the other person getting hurt.

I give it up to God. Really, didn't He say, "Vengeance is Mine" ? I do that and then move on. It doesn't do you any good to waste time seeking revenge. God has a way of balancing it out ! (karma)
