I hardly remember, but if i had to guess, I'd probably say light, because within the past couple of years they just keep getting heavier. It's really not a big deal, your first period. I used to obsess over it too, but later it's like you don't even really remember it.

Very light..and only last a couple of days. I'm sure almost all are very light, but it could differ between people.

i might say you're approximately universal. How ever, maximum medical doctors do no longer recommend donning tampons previously you're universal. So, i might recommend paying for a mix of universal and Heavy field of pads. wish I helped!(:
