there are so many women claiming to be in love with a married man and claims that he is in love with them too?If they were so in love with each other and wants to be together.Why is it that the mistress nor the husband want to confront the wife and let it be known that they are in love with each other?If I were the mistress and I was in love with a married man and if he said that he loved me too and was too scared to tell his wife I would be bold enough to tell his wife myself.They do say that love can make you do some crazy things.So if neither does anything crazy like this does this mean that they really arent in love?Don't get it twisted I am married and just wanted to know due to me just reading and answering questions on here today.

I have to wonder the same thing. My other questions is - if they are so unhappy with their spouses, why don't they just leave first? Save everyone the pain. I am like you, I read on here all the time about how in love married people are with other people! Don't they get the idea of marriage??? If they don't want to be there, leave! Thanks, I needed to vent! lol

Unfortunately there are a lot of men, who want to have their cake and eat it too and as far as the mistress...why would she tell the wife and take a chance on losing him? If he's scared to tell his wife, maybe he has a good reason to be, like he's a business man and can lose everything he's worked for all his life, or it could be that his wife is the money maker and he can't survive without her money...there are all kinds of reasons why married men have extra-marital affairs, it could be that his wife is an excellent mother to his children but does nothing for him sexually anymore, so instead of ending his marriage, he finds a mistress to fufill his needs. Usually when the mistress confronts the wife, the mistress loses out, either because the husband won't actually give up his wife or the wife kicks the husband out and because the husband lost everything, he resents the mistress and stops seeing her too. It's the most hurtful thing that a married person could ever do to their spouse...why even go there to begin with, couples get married for a reason,and if they just don't lose sight of the reason they married to begin with, no one would ever be in those situations now would they?

I think there are more than one answer or one way to look at it. One way to look at it is maybe women who are in love with married men are not truly in love with the men but more so with the fact that they cannot have the men, kind of the thrill of forbidden love. This also applies to men as well, I think.
Another way is looking at maybe they were married when they were very young where they didn't really know who they were so they thought they knew who they wanted to marry, etc, etc.
As far as acting on it of telling the wife and/or husband, I think there is a fine line that separates crazy love and mature and committed love.

The main basis of a relationship like that where thay are cheating is that its a secret and deep down they both know that if the secret were to come out to the wife, the jig would be up and their cheating would be over and they would actually have to focus on each other rather than when can we meet is this place ok? Will your wife find out we are together etc etc

if the man isn't leaving he still loves his wife and is just an *** that wanted some booty from some hott chic that was sluty enough to go after a married man. and if the girl didn't know he was married then maybe the guy was just out whoring around. but anyone that cheats on someone is not truley in love with them.

ok you know how when your married you dont sleep with your husband when your pissed at him. ok men like mistresses because of the hot sex and the adrenaline of tip toeing behimd wifys back. the women are just suckers how can he love her he doesnt even love and respaect his wife enough to stay faithful. its just a cheap thrill for these guys once the girl wants comittment they stick with the wife and find a new side hoe.

I dont think they are in love, but rather in lust. Some people are so desperate and insecure that they want what someone else has. That is pure evil for any woman to deliberately go after a married man.

And if you were bold enough to tell his wife he'd be bold enough to kick you to the curb. You tell a man's wife that your his misstress and you can kiss it all good bye. If he doesn't tell the wife then you can pretty much bet that he's not intending to leave her...

it means they dont have the balls to live up to what theyre doing! odds are no they arent in love..or maybe they are..but theyre enjoying the thrill of doing something they shouldnt..i mean you know..like kids..teenagers..you know how some teens drink illegally..most of the time because they arent supposed to..and they find it fun to do illegal things..well if a married man and a girl are having an affair..and duh dont tell the wife...its because of the thrill..they havent grown up yet!

i agree with you but there is so many different kind of people in this world today and they are not living or doing the will of god..i think it is wrong and i agree if you love your husband why would you be out with someone else anyway...but a lot of times people get bored in their married life and instead of working on their marriage all they think about is enjoying theirself or whatever they get out of it...
