Just wondering... we got a new Dell, and no one seems to know the reason for the tilted E...

It is just there design. I personally joke with my friends about this because we used to use dells and the tech support was horrible so we always like to joke that it is like that because the computers aren't perfect. (hencing the dangling e), kinda funny really.

Yes, Dell is a division of Enron, which did the same thing with the tilted E.

It's to accentuate the E. As in E-mail, E-commerce, E-verything else that they were sticking E's in front of when they came up with the logo.

my guess.. when the write DELL the E is tiltled-- then they just shortened it to the E as an identifying mark..
