How do you do BBT when you don't get enough sleep? I can't sleep at night so I stay online wasting time. I might fall sleep between 3-7 am! How in the world would I do BBT?

If I do get to sleep before 3am, then I get woke up by my hubby getting up at 5 to go to work and then theres my little one.

I know it has to be possible, but how?

ANY IDEAS?

You don't, the most important factor is taking it at the same time each day. So if u have a job that starts at say noon and u wake up at say 10am than take it at 10am 7 days a week. By the way i don't know why u are do it but just for tips it is not an effective method of BC.

I went in search of an answer for you since I at lleast knew BBT is Basal Body Temperature and not a form of birth control. I found nothing that said any thing about how much sleep you get just that you should take it when you wake up and at the same time everyday, So do it at 9 am every day if you know you are up every day at this time.

I don't have my copy in front of me, but I know that the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler has a section on how to use BBT when in your situation. I would suggest checking out the book, or the website, and following those instructions. Fertilityfriend.com might also have something about it.

I agree take it at the same time every day, when you wake up preferably.
