As a home support worker who has seen lots of gross things I'd say what I find the grossest is seeing escretement all over the extra roll of toilet paper and on the soap and soap dish. If the excretement is where it belongs it's not so bad.

I have a severe phobia over a mans joy juice. Makes me want to hurl to think about it let alone see like even in a skin flick or touch it makes my skin crawl. Even my own.

I get grossed out when someone blows his or her nose while I'm eating lunch at work with them! Yuk!

Making that 'chomping' noise when chewing when their mouth open, or chewing gum.
I used to sit next to a guy at wok that chewed gum, making that damn noise ALL DAY.
It drove me nuts, so I stuffed him into a box of Wriggles.
