My car broke down and needed a tow and a new battery! It wasn't fun, but luckily I have an AAA membership and I got stuck in a parking lot and not on the side of a highway. SO, it all worked out!

Yes. I shut off my engine while at the drive-up window at the bank. And the starter chose that moment to go out, so I had to push the car on through - and eventually leave it til I can return and service it.

I contacted someone I knew as a child who knew someone else I knew. They told me what city he lives in, so I googled him and got a number. Then I called and talked to him. I haven't seen or heard from him in 20 yrs.
