Did anyone see Howard Stern;s attorney get the cup Larry Birkhead drank out of, she was very sneaky and it was when he left the stand. No one in the news that I've seen has mentioned it, and why would she do this?

I didn't see this happen but the only reason I can assume is to obtain a DNA sample from his saliva on the cup. Assuming they have a sample of DNA from the baby, which I'm sure they do or could get, they can then do a paternity test.
But if Howard Stern's attorney is the one who wants to discretely perform a paternity test with Mr. Birkhead's DNA, then it must mean they do not think Howard Stern is the father or they are unsure at least. If they knew for a fact that Howard was the father, then doing additional paternity tests wouldn't make much sense.

Howard ok Stern replaced into/is in love with Anna Nicole. Larry Birkhead is out for a huge payday. He must be determining to purchase his 2 year previous son's newborn help incredibly of hiring that Beast of an attorney.

I take it you don't watch any of the CSI shows? The most obvious reason would be to collect DNA evidence. Since the paternity issue is still up in the air, a DNA sample would solve the question. I don't know what the angle would be tho if they're trying to show Stern as the father...can't see how having Birkhead's DNA would help, if it shows him to be the dad? Guess we shall have to wait to see what next week brings. Tune in for the latest installment in the soap opera that was Anna Nicole's life!

wow, i never saw it but if no one really saw it that you know of, i'd email fox news channel and tell them...
their investigations team might look into it or something...
criminal investigators, when trying to break someone, often offer the person they are questioning coffee or gum...
that way they can check for DNA later...
maybe thats what Howard Stern's attorney is doing...
maybe he found out that Howard Stern wasnt the dad, so now he's trying to find out who really is.. that way he can know in advance whether or not birkhead is the baby's dad so he can stop him from getting a DNA test done...
or kill him like i think he did to anna + daniel...

Howard left his cup, Larry sat down, Larry put his cup on top of Howard's and forgot the 2 cups when he left the witness stand .Howard's lawyer ran up and took both cups

Maybe she simply wants to get the facts straight as a career move. To pull a switch using Larry's DNA if he is the real father seems impossible.

I didn't see it but I did hear one of the lawyers bring it up to the judge as soon as they came back to court. The court made little of it and dropped the matter as this hearing was not for that purpose.
