That would be cool but it hasn't happened as of yet. However, there have been many characters in video games in the past that hail from the Muay Thai style - Joe Higashi, Adon, Sagat, Naikhanomtom, Hwa Jai, Bruce Irvin, etc to name a few. The only relatively accurate and close depiction of Muay Thai technique in video games that I have seen is Sagat in Street Fighter IV. Capcom must have been doing their homework because this incarnation of Sagat is much more realistic than the Sagats of the other games. Every muscle detail and nuance is captured (aside from the unrealistic air techniques) in his movements. Even a Muay Boran technique is shown.
