If that's the case, you'll earn a football scholarship if you keep teh speed up. Me, I timed myself in college when I was 21. I ran a laughable 5.4. Now at 31, I'll be lucky if I run a sub-7!

Are you crazy? You're not going to run through 40 people's yards, are you!!? Whoa! 5.3m is so tall! Unless of course, you mean 5.3cm. LOL! And what's a sophmore? I don't get it. Now that I'm very confused, I would suggest you try measuring the distance between those people's yards then find a place to run that distance. You must be running a cross-country race because that's a very long distance. Okay, so there wouldn't be any fences to jump. Oh well. You're really confusing.

Probably 2 -3 days. I'm in my 50's and have knee replacements. I don't run anywhere for anything.

I am 50 and disabled and the only running I do is my mouth and perhaps to the bathroom in dire straights.
