Present generation has diverted from their duties. Terrorists, corrupt officers / politicians, rapes, sexual harrassement, killings, etc. are above all time records. They are well informed and fast in their life. But why they are not following the community guidelines? Why they are sliding away from their moral responsibilities? Who to blame for their lost commitments?

I feel the consciousness and wisdom is lacking in the new generation. We all are taught about high fundamentals and etiquettes but are deprived of the skill to learn. If a human being understands how to learn and operates with pure consciousness, I believe he would be blessed with the ultimate wisdom after which he rises to a higher consciousness where everything around him merely doesn't affect him nor he affects anyone around him.

Buddha is a state of life, mind, soul where in you become one with the natural universe. One like bird, animals, trees, plants, river, wind, ocean and hence GOD.

What is lacking? age and experience, or, faith and a historical perspective

Who to blame? When Christianity was banned in our schools, moral standards and ethics lost their foundation. But then, popular Christianity had already rejected the ten commandments (know anybody who keeps the fourth?). So, what boundaries and motivations are there? My generation didn't back up beliefs with action, so this generation does not even have any "beliefs."

Nothing is lacking in them, they are trying hard to come to terms with the society, which we the elders have given to them.

Unfortunately they are learning the wrong way, because we have set no example for them to emulate.

Pls do not blame anyone. you are what you are because you have created yourself like that.
It's selfless service to society that present generation needs to focus on more.

many things to blame .. i would put alot of it on womens lib and the bankers scheme to put the women to work and break up the family unit ... thereby taxing the other half of the population and weakening resistance to there position of power by weakening the midle class ... but thats just one aspect of it ..
