Yes I had an accident at work because of a company's negligence.I ended up on my back for weeks - could have been a good thing really!! lol Seriously I was in a lot of pain and had to sleep on the floor.I got a pay out for loss of earnings.Plus I lost my flat.

my mom sued these nimrods cos we moved out of the co-op an they wouldnt pay her share. they said that we didnt do a whole bunch of stuff that we were supposed to, except we did. i testified to help her and naturally we won. i'm still not sure why the fat tub of lard representing the co-op was even there! he kept answering "i don't know". it was fun though
