You wouldn't want hair dye, you are wanting to bleach and lighten.
No, they would grow back so fast that you would have dark and blonde mix and the dark would stand out for sure, Your skin may also be too sensitive on your arms, and it would blister them.
You would have to do it everyweek. You would be better off to leaave them alone.

I wouldn't recommend you using normal hair dye, but there is one for facial hair and one specially made for stubborn dark hair that you could try. The brand is called Nair.

I wouldn't use normal hair dye. They have bleaching creams you can use for body hair. That's what I would recommend.

No, this is harmful on your skin, why don't you just wax your hair in your arms. Eventually , your hair will be lighter and finer as well if done regularly.

No, you shouldn't use hair coloring or bleach on your arm hair. Why don't you shave them? I see women do that often, especially in the summer.

i have the same problem.
all you need is peroxide.
once youve soaked your hair in it,
blow dry it.
the heat lightens it.

you wont notice it the first or second time.
but the more u do it the lighter it gets.
