Nirvana Spa in Miami Beach is awesome, they have everything!!!

Too many to name try to google spas using the areas of
Aventura, Pembroke Pines, Kendall,
Hollywood Beach,Miami Beach,So. Beach
Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Boca Raton
Coral Gables.
Hope those areas give you an idea, of where to start your search.

Madarin Hotel has a great spa! There some great ones at the beach too.

you have to go to the Spa at the Delano Hotel i recommend it
