AFA, ASA, USSSA, all have web sites that you can find their rules. Also eteamz.com is a good place to find rules, teams, drills,etc..etc..

i'd love to answer your question, but I don't know what league it is. different leagues have different rules, like there's ASA, and Babe Ruth, and other leagues. they're pretty much the same, but there are a few differences. if you know what it is just google it, or search on yahoo cuz yeah, this is a yahoo site.
