Combo locks are very hard to "pick" (unlike key locks). If it is a regular cheap lock, you can just cut it off with bolt cutters (you can buy them from home Depot and then return them the next day.
If you have a high powered drill, with a titanium tipped drill bit, you can drill a holes in the back -- usually on the left side, is where the tumblers are located. You can use a toothpic to place them. This is pretty difficult -- hope the bolt cutters work.
