You can heal and anyone can too. You can't forget what has happened, but you can better the situation by letting go and move on with your life.
You should be proud of yourself of wanting to heal. That's great to hear!
If you want to continue keeping the energy that you have, you may consider on keeping a log by being on a walking program. Walk like 3-4 times a day, usually in the mornings or if you can't in the mornings, try the evenings. Get a good headset to listen to some music while walking. You will notice that your energy will pick up after walking, but you have to keep doing it. So, just focus on something that will keep your mind off things, it is time for you to enjoy yourself. Otherwise, you can also pick up a hobby that you find yourself interest in. Do some reading, painting, gardening, etc.....Something to get your mind in that mode.
Also, for good energy, you need a good diet. Like stay away from fried foods and soda pop, eat healthy foods like green salads, fruits, grains, and green veggies. Before you know it, you will feel so healthy and good about yourself.
Remember, you already started to heal, because you allowed yourself to be 'happy' and you now have your appetite back! Keep up the good work, and you can do it, if you put your mind to it. (smile) Good job!

To keep the happy feeling going you need to think positive thoughts. When ever something negative comes to mind find something to take your mind off of it.The mental abuse from a past relationship can bring you down in a hurry if you are not careful. You probably won't be able to forget the memories anytime soon so stay active and keep your exercising your mind.

Think happy and positive thoughts about yourself. For every bad memory that comes into your head think seven good thoughts. For example, if he called you stupid and you are trying to balance your checkbook and make a mistake then hear his voice in your head calling you that just say to yourself, I am smart, intelligent, witty, strong-minded, resourceful, thoughtful, organized and stable-minded. The more you say and think positive, the more you will begin to live in truth and not the lies that he brainwashed you with.

Yes it does. Remember that all those hateful things he said to you were his insecurities and had nothing whatsoever to do with you. If he could break you down, then he could be secure in the fact that you wouldn't leave him because you wouldn't have any self worth. Go out, have fun and feel blessed you are the most beautiful person in the world and are having tons of fun with your friends. His loss.his problem!

Love yourself! Take your time getting to know who you are and what you want in life. Take it one day at a time, one step at a time. Every day will be better than the last! If you have close girlfriends, plan a trip! Something to look forward to for yourself!
ENJOY!!! :)
