Yes, kids can't just be kids anymore. They are expected to know so much. They are still to young to be making life changing decisions. Parents really need to be a part of their lives more than ever. Its amazing to me what young kids know about things I wasn't allowed to know at their age. Times change but it isn't always for the better. So many kids today just do not know how to play and have fun. They are too busy doing other things. Its too bad. I am trying to enjoy everything with my kids because they grow up way to fast and you can't get this time back. No matter how many kids you have.
Thanks for the question. It was a great one.

It all depends on the kid, some make good choices, others make bad. But you hear a lot more of the one's who make the bad.
How often do you hear of a drunk teenager getting in a car wreck? - A lot.
But how often do you hear of a teenager saying no to drugs or alcohol? - hardly ever.
In all, it stems back to the parents, the way a kid acts and performs in everyday situations 90% of the time leads back to their upbringing. So you can't blame the kid sometimes, you have to blame the parent.

No kids make choices just like you did and let that be there choice on making their own desicions.
Im sure weve all made bad choices but we learn from our bad choices that we make.

Yes, and if they knew how being an adult really was, they'd want to remain kids. Oh, to have your biggest problem be learning to tie your shoes.....
