You mean the Halloween movie series? I would have to say Halloween: Curse of Michael Myers or Halloween (the original)/

It's not a horror movie, but Nightmare BEfore Christmas is perfect. I always watch before Halloween.
Sleepy Hollow is also awesome right before Halloween and one HAlloween night Rocky Horror Picture Show is good.
