YES.. and so is Aeropostale, American Eagle, and Abercrombie and Fitch.... Preps are gonna say its not but IT ISS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, Hollister is considered a "prep store" along with American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch, and sometimes Aeropostale. I'm not exactly sure why they are considered "prep stores", but all stores do sell collared shirts, khaki pants, something to that effect.

No hollister is snot a prep store i think the only people who think Hollister is a prep store are people who are like Gothic or emo like my sister. I hate her because your just putting labels on people who like to wear stuff that you might not like, but i love Hollister. so ha ha ha BITCHES

Yup. It's not such a bad place. It's just a label. People are stupid not to set foot in that place. I wouldn't for the longest time along with Abercrombie and Fitch. But they have nice stuff... expensive... but nice. The only bad thing is the little symbols they have... so then everyone knows you went shopping there.

No, I really wouldn't condsider it prep, Its more of surfer theme,, the prep look is more Lacoste or maybe Ambercrombie,, but I recently read that American eagle is more Urban,, weird huh, but they could be prep but classic prep has to Lacoste.

Yes, Hollister is preppy. If that's your look, try Abercrombie, Aeropostale and American Eagle too.

yes but they have really really cute stuff. if you like something from there, don't worry about the label, just get it even if it is a prep store.

to an extent. if someone were to have a ton of stuff from there. or if they had stuff from like A&F and AEO and HCO like everything they owned was from there. then yes. but i know i a lot nerds that have those clothes. lol. but i personally just like AEO and HCO, but i shop at A&F sometimes, so i guess it makkes me a prep in a way

Um....YES! You don't have to be preppy to shop and wear their clothes. In fact, I love some of their shirts and their jeans are great. But if you wear it everyday (like some of the girls at my school!) then, yeah, that might come off as preppy and fake. But don't worry, if you like their clothes go ahead of buy them! It's your personality that really determines who you are.
