It is a little town with very nice people there. They are country folks.

I think it is named for one of the heroes of the Alamo, Juan Seguin. It's about 2 or three hours from houston on interstate 10. Out in the boonies Austin/ San Antonio -ish. I visited the high school there once a long time ago for a drama competition.

It's a rather small town that is near san antonio and austin ... alot of nice people there but don't get confused with all the traffic there ... it's mostly people traveling through. as a matter of fact most of the businesses there see more travelers then actual seguin people in one day.

I know I got a speeding ticket at its exit off I-10, but not much else. It is an eastern "near suburb" of San Antonio... a lot closer to there than San Marcos.
