If Meredith had died, her mother wouldn't have died. Hence, they wouldn't need to change the name of the show. At first I was like ah, she should die, but then I realized how hurt all my favourite characters would be.
Truthfully (this will shock many) I like ALL the characters EXCEPT for McDreamy and Meredith. I don't know why, but I've tried to never attach myself to the main characters. I think it's because I want to share the popularity of characters (yes, very strange). I knew that Christina would be very hurt so I began to hope that she wouldn't die.
Great 3 part series though.

Absolutely not! I mean really the show's name IS GREY'S Anatomy. I know that is also a medical book but would they kill off the character the show is named after? Besides I just like her. And if you had been through all that she has you would probably be whiny too.
