Well, how are you starting out!?!?
Part your bangs almost from the crown of your head down the side in a swoop shape, kind of like an open parentheses ( like that. Use a flat iron to slightly curl hair. Use a wave iron (Wal-Mart has a great one for 15 bucks...) or twist your damp hair and secure with tiny bands (scrunchii sells em - Wal-Mart again... or Target) until dry. Let loose. Spray on sheen spray or VERY SPARINGLY apply a little baby oil. Your hair should be tousled. Hot stuff.
