You should sue someone.

After all you were not taught the proper useage of capitalization and spelling. If other members wonder why I am picking on her grammar and whatnot, here is the reason:

Now, to answer your question: are you that pathetic?

Folks, she is talking about doing this on purpose so she can collect recompense. Go read her other questions.

You'd probably be better off reporting the incident to the school.

Are you injured? Did you break something? Are you in the hospital? What were you doing when you slipped? Were there people around? Did you see what you slipped on? Did other people see it? Do you know how it got there? How long were you in the classroom before you slipped? What were you wearing? Describe your shoes. Have you ever slipped before? Have you ever filed a lawsuit before?

These are the types of things, and HUNDREDS of others, you will be asked if you file a lawsuit. If you slipped, are embarrassed, and not hurt, you'd be doing the right thing by going to the school and notifying them of what happened and giving them the opportunity to correct the problem. if you are injured, tell the school. They may have insurance to cover your medical bills. Suing is not your only option.

Did you suffer any damages? Was it the fault of the school?

Did someone drop a banana peel while you were in line that you slipped on then no. If there is real negligence i.e. there was a real hazard that the school ignored then yes. However unless you have some real damages you won't find a lawyer willing to take the case.

You can sue anyone if you can find a lawyer and have money to pay up front. I doubt any lawyer would take such a suit on a contingency basis. Have you suffered a permanent injury as a result of this fall? If not, you don't stand a chance.

Only if it's clear that the school was responsible for the slip and should have done something about it. If you slip on ice or a spilled drink, you're outta luck.

Only if the school caused you in some way, by their negligence or action, to slip. They're not responsible if you just can't stay upright.
