I would say if they use themselves as a model for the way others should look, or that they are seriously overcome by themselves in an over-ordinate way, and pay too much attention to very small, otherwise unimportant details about their appearance......it's possible. Pyscological disorders are hard to diagnose without professional help. Do some research online first, then talk to someone if you see a paralell before determination.

First of all, a narcissist is never wrong. A narcissist can be caught red-handed and yet deny she's doing anything wrong.They are terrific liars and can become very vicious when confronted with facts that don't agree with them. I've been around a few and they are the most difficult personality type for me to have to interact with.

they people have traits of lieing, distorting things, no empathy for others and is self centered. I know this for my x was diagnosed with this recently. They are superficial people that lie and make things as if YOU are the bad one not them. Good Luck.

we humans are narcissitic in nature.....but being over narcissitic or not havin a single element of narcissism for oneself becomes dysfunctional......well the one way is being self centered and overly concerned with one self and basically no regards for anyone.

she'd be really into herself...primping all the time, looking in mirrors...maybe spending excessive amounts of money on clothing and make-up.

if he (she) look at hime(her)self all the time in the miror. or they walk "sexy" thinking they are everything. They spent more than two hours doing his(her)hair.
