If you need a little time, sit at home and have a little cry sometimes you have to grieve for the loss of a relationship first. Do you have a understanding friend that will listen and let you cry on hers or his shoulder? What about your mother, my mother was always there when I needed to cry or rant and rave. Than pick yourself up, dust yourself off, pretty up and go out and have a good time. Ending a relationship is never easy but it is not the end of your life, keep living and look for the little pleasures and you will be happy once again.

If you're boyfriend dumped you then he's not a guy worth fighting for.
It's a hard time for everyone to break up, and even your bf is probably having a hard time with it, but just hang in there. Center yourself and look at what's good. Don't let your bf occupy all of your life. That's a horrible thing to do to yourself.

Pray,That you'll get over him fast......Currently i have a girlfriend that's going crazy over a guy who just dumped her there's no one that could really advise you what to do you'll have to make the choice 1st do you want him back if so then go crazy trying to get him back if not then move on as everyone has said this will not be easy but the best cure will be too keep busy try not to be alone if possible good luck

Getting dumped is not pleasant but it isn't the end of the world either. Are you sure you really want a guy who doesn't want you??? Give it some time; never act needy; suffer when you're by yourself; lick your wounds and then find someone better.

Turn the shower on just the way you like it. Turn on some music.Cry your eyes out. Because, afterall he did hurt you.
Then step out, dry off and realize that you are better off without him, and that you can do so much better.
Then, if you feel up to it, go out and have some fun tonight. The pain won't go away right away, but it will do you good.
I'm really sorry that happens. It really hurts *big hug*.

what do you mean what do you do?! dont try to get him back..if he did it..its for a reason! you dont need to put up with it..have a girls night out! ice cream..movies..pizza! maybe talk about it for a while..but then have the time of your life! because you only live once and if you waste your time grieving over him..you could miss out on some great guys! youll be alright! just move on no matter how hard it is!

you won't want to, but call all your girlfriends and go out. they should make you-it's mandatory. go buy sexy panties for yourself-they make you feel better. cheer up-all it means is he wasn't the right one for you. your perfect guy is still out there and has been waiting for that jerk to dump you. i finally dumped a jerk and my current boyfriend is so good to me. the happiest times of your life are yet to come...you have so much to look forward to!

For me, I could not just go and do something with my friends, I always had to cry myself out. Then I'd pamper myself. Next, get mad at him which helped me throw out stuff that reminded me of him and eventually I was better. There is no easy way out, sorry.

Yeah, We are pretty worthless sometimes. But look at the situation in a positive way....Now you'll have time to find your prince with that jerk outta the way. Go out with your friends and have fun.

get over as quick as possible... you dont need a guy to make you feel down/sad. you'll find someone better in the future and he probably wasnt good enough for you anyway. in a couple days you'll be talking about how much you hate him and why you even wasted time on him.
