The ones I've gotten the mot responses with are questions that make certain people think I'm a terrible person so they have to tell me off. My two best have been "Do Negroes sunburn?" and "Why is murder illegal?" In that last one, I suggested that murder was simply attempted murder that succeeded and that since there was no guarantee that the person you tried to kill would actually die, there was no such thing as murder, only attempted murder.
The questions that I've observed getting the most answers are tired old questions like "What is the meaning of life?" and "Which came first, the chicken or the egg."
