Call your insurance provider (assuming you have it) and find out where you're covered for mental health services. Most outpatient psychiatry clinics have plenty of information for anger management groups that would help with your problems with physical violence. This assumes that extreme anger precipitates these incidents though. If there's a reason OTHER than anger control that's driving you to hurt people, you definitely need mental health care because that could be indicative of more serious issues.

Have you been charged and sent to jail? There are groups in prison who deal with abusers.

Otherwise I'd consult a psychiatrist or psychologist or social worker in your area , either at a university or in private practice.
