Eventhough Omega Psi Phi is a historically black fraternity, I have seen members that are of other ethnicities.
When you begin college you will see the members at the school and get a feel for the environment you will see if you fit in with the members.

you'll be alright. I have seen white guys in other frats. Not Omega though. But most black people consider hispanics "like black" anyway. And to my knowledge they do not exclude people based on race. So I say go for it.
Just keep your grades up, save money for your line dues, and from what I have heard I suggest you get in shape.

Ask, even thought there are Black Fraternities and colleges, I think almost all of them have people there who aren't Black.

If it's a black frat, you have to be black.
If it's a Jewish frat, you still have to be Jewish.
