i don't get it, all the science videos they made me watch say a period is loss of blood in a vagina. now from what i've heard in the real world, is there a phycological aspect to it? (does it effect your mind for a bit?)

it causes a temporary chemical imbalance that causes mood swings in a lot of women. or maybe theyre just pissed off because of the major cramps or feeling fat from bloating. you'll get used to it after a while
