I think surgery because the Heat and Wade have to think of the long term. He's going to be their franchise player for years to come and it would be better that he miss the rest of this season then to come back this year after just rehabbing it and possibly doing more damage to it.

Surgery so he doesn't put himself at risk for a future injury or reinjury
with surgery they said it could be stronger than before
with as much punishment as he takes he would be at a great risk to get reinjured
needs to make sure he's healthy
tough decision but you have to look for the future

SURGERY. Shaq has sat out a ridiculous amount of games for his injury, and Wade carried them then. Even Pat Riley had surgery while the team was struggling. It's time for Wade to take the time off he deserves.
