If you forgot your admin password, the only way around this is to blank out the password using a special utility on the UBCD for windows. Search it on the web and follow instructions EXACTLY or you can completely corrupt your system. If you are fairly new at computers, I would HIGHLY recommend that you take it to a pro.

if you don't remember your password, having two pc's is not going to let you into safemode any easier then going into windows noramlly, what is your question exactly.
