I believe the one with the proof. Just this week, a group of geneticists narrowed our ancestoral heritage to a group of 2,000 people out of Africa some 300,000 years ago.

Most fossil intermediates in vertebrate evolution have indeed been found. A clear line of fossils now traces the transition between whales and hoofed mammals, between reptiles and mammals, between dinosaurs and birds, between apes and humans. The fossil evidence of evolution between major forms is compelling.

EVOLUTION DOES NOT MEAN WE CAME FROM MONKEYS.
Simply put there were creatures that existed long long ago, before humans before monkeys. Something major happened to the world (likely slow shift of plate tectonics) and some of these creatures died off and some stronger ones lived on because they slowly adapted. They came out of the trees and learned to stand to walk further and see farther. They lost body hair because it was not as necessary. They had bigger brains in order to survive. They created language to communicate -either for hunting or social structure...
All this was a slllloooowwww process over millions of years. In other areas these creatures also adapted and changed into Monkeys, apes, lemurs ... etc. But it was a slow process that lasted millions of years.
The bible is simply symbolic.

In reality our ancestors are our forefathers who died and continued their love through their sons and daughters . they are part of the human family tree and should be respected an learned. we are taught and we are grown to love our fathers who gave us hope and gave us life. it is through Noah we evolved . not through Adam and Eve they were before the flood which many lives were lost.
