take twice as long to come down

The basketball would bounce higher and come down slower. The players would be able to make higher leaps and bounds during the game.

all the games would have to be played in a dome cause no one would what to chase a ball for a mile.and if you changed it instantly we would all die due to lack of atmospheric preasure as it was reduced by half.

It would allow short people to make baskets easier, but I still doubt it would enable white men to jump.

well that would screw up everything. but if it did we could jump higher and be like half our weights. as for basketballs, they would take longer to bounce
