I used to get that alot when I was really thin. It's partly due to the fact that food is taking a long time to be digested so when you eat, you get bloated. Some of the things that would help would be to eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water and avoid processed foods and bleached flours sticking to whole grains and "live" food. Watch out for too much corn syrup - that stuff is in everything and it does a number on you digestive tract. Part of getting bloated is a part of your menstrual cycle as well so you may not be able to get rid of that completely. Salad is also a good thing. Another thing that helped me was getting a colon flush by a licensed practioner. It's a natural remedy where they flush the colon, removing toxins and giving you cleansing forms of coal and such as supplements to cleanse your system and get everything flowing in the right direction. When foods sit in your colon too long - chemicals and stuff that you eat gets into your bloodstream and can cause other symptoms and affect your immune system.

It might be related to what you're eating. It's possible you may have a food sensitivity which is causing bloating. Many people are sensitive to wheat and dairy. (This is different than an allergy which causes immediate symptoms). Try experimenting with different foods. Start by eating something very simple, like brown rice. See if that causes bloating. Write down what you eat and what the effects were. You may end up seeing a pattern. People can be sensitive to very bizarre things, and if you track this carefully, you may be able to figure it out. Might also help to eat small amounts during the day, just to even out your blood sugar.

Bloat.
Bloat.
Bloat.
GET your water in, and cut down the salt. Also, just eat---eat often, but eat light and nutritious. YOur tummy does weird things when you don't take care of it. Often, your stomach looks bigger if you have a full bladder. This often happens to smaller girls. But yes, after you eat, well, you're full, so your stomahc looks bigger! But again, to remedy that is to eat lighter. Don't overdo it. Eat until you aren't hungry, not until you really feel full. Keep it sensible.
