I have had 2 miscarraiges within the first month and i cant even get pregnant and i dont know what to do. Me and my partner have sex pretty often and i try tracking my ovulation but its not very easy for me. I went to my obgyn and she did a pap and cervical exam and also did bloodwork but only checked for clotting disorder which came back negative. What else could be wrong with me?

Probably nothing is wrong. Just relax. Stress only adds to the problem. I have a girlfriend that had the same problem. Nothing was wrong medically. Two years after trying and worrying she did get pregnant and now has abeautiful baby girl. She was so stressed she was ready to throw her marriage away because she felt that her husband of 7years was not being supportive enough. He just kept telling her to "let it happen"
Just relax

Sorry to hear about your miscarriages. From what I know is that sometimes infertility cant be explained. I ttc for over a yr with my 1st and had many tests done. They thought I might have had endometriosis but found out during delivery I didnt have that. I did find out that I had only one ovary. Sometimes it just takes longer and I noticed the more you try the longer it seems. I did everything even stood on my head for 1/2 hr. First you need to make sure that you have your ovulation date correct. There are web sites that have free ovulation charting. I also used OPK's (ovulation predictor kits) Taking your BBT can help. I used all the above adn even took herbs. I found out in 2005 I had cervical cancer and they had to cut out my cervix. I got preg within 2 months of trying. I am due June. Patience is my daughters name and our Patience paid off. If nothing happens in 2 years they may try IVF. Have you had your fallopian tubes checked? I wish you nad your partner good luck.

Sorry to heard abt ur miscarriages.. Have u try HSG test? This checkup shows if ur fallopian tubes are blocked and persuade ur partner to go for sperm count test to check if they are healthy. If everything is ok, then ask ur doc to prescribe clomid to help u ovulate better and avoid caffeine products. Go and purchase a fertility monitor to help u check which are the 'fertile' days instead of guessing. In the meantime, prepare ur your body for ttc by having vitamins supplements such as folic acid and for ur partner vitamin E, selenium and zinc. Wish u good luck!
