Yes and no. If they pour 1 bottle in the tank and another bottle is run through the motor with it running, it will help you IF you have slight spark knock problems.
I work on cars at a dealer and I have worked at one of thoses places shortly, and I have seen improvements on cars that had a spark knock. But if your car or truck is running good then don't do it.

NOTE***** Replace fuel filter before you ever pour cleaner in the fuel tank. The dirt in the filter will push on through from the cleaner.

In most cases, Injectors don't need cleaning. As for Quick Lube places, they clean the upper combustion chamber as well as the injectors. If you pull out your plugs, you will see if you need it or not.

Ahhh, a fellow rotor head. Anyways, yeah it can be. If it is a 3-part system, and your engine is gunked up, it wont hurt. Just be prepared to get the check engine light cleared. Sometimes it will be tripped by a misfire code because of the extreme crazyiness cause in the burn by the chemicals. No harm, just a light.
